2025 Ticket & Table Prices/Packages

EiTM25 sets sail on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at the Westin Ottawa Hotel. Tickets are available for sale from January 13, 2025, to May 12, 2025, at 5:00 pm EST. This unique event is a sell-out every year bringing together hundreds of high-profile guests from many sectors, including the most prominent business, medical, political, government, diplomatic and community leaders, media, and prestigious social figures in Ottawa/Gatineau.

Early Bird Pricing | January 13, 2025 – February 28, 2025

Corporate Table | $3,020

Inclusions: Each corporate table package includes 8 tickets to the event, including 8 four-course meals (choice of 3 entrée options), 8 complimentary drink tickets for the cocktail reception, and 2 bottles of premium wine for the table during dinner. Every corporate table is identified with your company name and your company name is listed on the Who’s Coming page of our website.

Individual Tickets | $278*

Inclusions: Each individual ticket package includes 1 ticket to the event, including 1 four-course meal (choice of 3 entrée options), and 1 complimentary drink ticket for the cocktail reception.

*A partial charitable tax receipt (approximately 45% of the ticket price at the time of purchase) is issued to the ticket(s) purchaser. Tax receipts will be issued by the end of July 2025. Questions about tax receipts can be directed to: events@able2.org

Regular Pricing | March 1, 2025 – May 12, 2025, at 5:00 pm EST

Corporate Table | $3,320

Take the Elevator Home!

Guests who would like the convenience of taking the elevator home on the night of the event may book at The Westin Ottawa Hotel, 11 Colonel By Drive (Ottawa).

The group room rate is: $345 for a traditional room (single or double occupancy) and $405 for a Deluxe Parliament View room (single or double occupancy).

The cut-off for this rate is 5 pm ET on Monday, April 28, 2025 or earlier if the block fills up.

Any hotel accommodations required will be at the purchaser’s cost and it will be their responsibility to reserve their rooms. 

The preferred guest room rate will be available until the expiry date (to be announced), or the group block is full.

The Menu

A big part of the Maritime experience at Evening in the Maritimes is the east-coast inspired menu. There are three menu options available for guests (selection for each guest must be made at the time of ticket/table reservation; allergies and dietary restrictions may be accommodated if indicated at the time of the guest reservation):

Seafood♦

A 4-course meal featuring Artisan greens salad + traditional seafood chowder with scallops, salmon, shrimp, clams & P.E.I mussels + a whole cracked Nova Scotia lobster served hot with melted butter, coleslaw & potato salad sides + a platter of East coast-inspired sweet bites for sharing and tea/coffee.

♦no substitutions available; lobster is sourced fresh from Tangier, Nova Scotia and flown in specifically for EiTM guests. This meal is gluten-free.

Beef+

A 4-course meal featuring Artisan greens salad + traditional seafood chowder with scallops, salmon, shrimp, clams & P.E.I mussels + seared beef tenderloin with potato mash, seasonal vegetables and wine sauce + a platter of East coast-inspired sweet bites for sharing and tea/coffee.

+no substitutions available except in the case of a special request identified pre-event to Guest Services (the vegan soup will be swapped for seafood chowder for these guests). This meal is gluten-free.

Vegan*

A 4-course meal featuring Artisan greens salad + butternut squash bisque with cashew and sage chimichurri, paprika olive oil + seared chickpea and sundried tomato griddle cake with black bean succotash, crispy shallots, pumpkin seed pesto + a platter of East coast-inspired sweet bites for sharing and tea/coffee.

*the vegan meal is also gluten-free

Beverages & Bar Services

Each guest will receive one drink ticket for redemption during the cocktail reception. A cash bar is also available (payment via credit or debit cards). 

Corporate tables have two bottles of wine included at their tables.

Payment Methods

All purchases must be paid online via credit card at the time of purchase.

Participant Cancels

For fundraising and social events, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances if the registrant is unable to attend. However, the registrant/s is welcome to find a substitute. The substitute person’s requested information, e.g. contact, allergy, food and seating preference, etc., must be provided 14 working days before the event is scheduled to occur.

ABLE2 Cancels

In the event that ABLE2 cancels the event, a tax receipt will be issued for the full amount. Allow 15 business days for the tax receipt to be processed.

Event Postponed

If an event is postponed, not cancelled the following options are available:

  •  Registrations/tickets are honoured for the new date.
  •  Registrations/tickets can be transferred to another individual. This change of participant and their accommodation/allergies etc. must be communicated to the event organizer 14 days prior to the event.
  • Registration/tickets may be cancelled and a tax receipt for the full amount will be issued.
  • Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

EiTM Safety Measures & Duty of Care

Any local public health or provincial guidelines will be followed at the event.
